소개:
코리안 아티스트 프로젝트는 문화체육관광부, 한국문화예술위원회 주최, 한국사립미술관협회 주관으로 한국 현대미술을 전 세계에 소개하는 온라인 플랫폼이다. KAP는 2011년 13개 사립미술관, 21명 작가의 가상전시를 시작으로 2012년 15개관 21명의 작가, 2013년 14개관 21명의 작가, 2014년 10개관 11명의 작가, 2015년 7개관 12명 작가, 2016 7개관 12명의 작가, 2017년 6개관 11명의 작가가 선정되어 현재 총 29개관, 109명의 작가들이 KAP와 함께하고 있다. 참여 미술관 큐레이터들이 기획한 온라인 가상 개인전을 비롯하여 고해상도의 작품 이미지, 작가 인터뷰, 평론등을 한자리에서 볼 수 있는 디지털 아카이브를 통해 동시대 한국 미술을 심도있게 소개한다.

Hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Arts Council Korea and organized by the Korean Art Museum to Association, Korean Artist Project(KAP) is a global online platform designed introduce Korean contemporary art with Korean private art museums. From the beginning of virtual exhibition that 13 korean private museums plan with 21 artists in 2011, 15 museums plan with 21 artists in 2012, 14 museums plan with 21 artists in 2013, 10 museums plan with 11 artists in 2014, 7 museums plan with 12 artists in 2015, 7 museums plan with 12 artists in 2016, and 6 museums plan with 11 artists in 2017. Korea artist project shares with 109 artists of total 29 museums now in 2017. These include virtual exhibitions. video interviews, and digital archives which provide online visitors with and in-depth sense of the Korean contemporary art scene. In keeping with this. KAP strives to develop and implement a wide range of global outreach strategies to enhance its reputation as g global represe- native of Korean contemporary art.
